A predictive dialler is a computerised system which automatically dials batches of telephone numbers for connection to agents, using sophisticated algorithms to predict the availability of both agents and dialled numbers.

Predictive dialling maximises agent time by eliminating time wasted on invalid numbers, disconnected numbers, faxes, answering machine messages, modems or busy lines, and connecting agents to calls only when there is another person live on the line. We provide live, realtime reports that track the progress of both dialler and agents.

Where data quality is high and predictive dialling not necessary, our auto dialler system enables our agents to review information if required before dialling the call. It automatically dials numbers when agents are not busy.
